Terms and Conditions for Steady AI.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AI solutions and services (the "Services") provided by Steady AI ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("User") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Definitions

  • "Services": AI-driven solutions, including but not limited to machine learning models, analytics, automation, consulting, and integration.

  • "User": Any individual, business, or entity using the Services.

  • "Content": Data, inputs, or materials provided by the User.

  • "Subscription": Recurring payment plan for ongoing access to Services.

 

3. Services Provided

  • We deliver AI-powered solutions tailored to User needs, including development, integration, training, and ongoing support.

  • Services may evolve based on technological advancements or User feedback.

 

4. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and ensure Content does not infringe third-party rights or violate laws.

  • Comply with all applicable regulations, including data protection (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and AI ethics guidelines.

  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized use or security breaches.

 

5. Data Privacy & Security

  • We adhere to applicable data protection laws. User Content may be processed to improve AI models unless otherwise agreed.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Our Ownership: We retain all rights to pre-existing algorithms, software, tools, and deliverables.

  • User Ownership: Users retain rights to their Content.

  • Feedback: Suggestions for improvements become our sole property.

 

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Fees

  • Fees, billing cycles, and payment methods are specified in your service agreement or invoice.

 

7.2 Late Fees

  • Payments overdue by 15 days will incur a late fee of 1% per month (or the maximum rate permitted by law).

  • Continued non-payment for 30 days may result in suspension or termination of Services.

 

7.3 Refund Policy for Dissatisfaction

  • Users may request a refund within 30 days of service delivery if dissatisfied with the results.

  • Process:

    1. Submit a written refund request via email to steadyartificialintelligence@gmail.com, detailing the reasons for dissatisfaction.

    2. We will review the request and may require evidence of Service performance issues.

    3. If approved, a partial refund of up to 100% of fees paid may be issued.

  • Non-Refundable Items:

    • Subscription payments (see Section 7.4).

    • Customized AI models or solutions already deployed.

    • Services rendered (e.g., consulting hours, data processing).

    • Third-party costs (e.g., API fees, licenses).

 

7.4 Subscription Services

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • Users may cancel a Subscription at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting us at steadyartificialintelligence@gmail.com.

    • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

    • No refunds will be issued for the remaining days of the current billing cycle.

  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 48 hours before the renewal date.

 

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

  • Services are provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.

  • AI outcomes depend on input data quality; we disclaim liability for inaccuracies.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the User in the preceding 12 months.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, data loss).

 

10. Termination

  • Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice for material breaches of these Terms.

  • For Subscriptions: Users may cancel at any time (Section 7.4).

  • Upon termination:

    • User access to Services ceases immediately.

    • All unpaid fees (including late fees) become due.

    • No refunds apply to Services already rendered.

 

11. AI-Specific Provisions

  • Ethical Use: Users agree not to employ Services for harmful, discriminatory, or illegal purposes.

  • Transparency: We will disclose AI limitations, biases, or risks upon request.

  • Third-Party Tools: Services may integrate external APIs/platforms, subject to their terms.

 

12. Modifications

  • We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

  • Material changes (e.g., pricing, refund policy) will be notified via email or Service dashboard.

 

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • Governed by the laws of Victoria/Australia.
